Philadelphia law is that no persons are allowed to get tattooed under the age of 18.

Many artists leave time for walk-up tattoos, especially for smaller pieces, while others book up completely in advance. If you’re hoping for something larger, specific or from a particular artist, it’s best to contact them ahead of time. Otherwise, you should have an easy time finding an artist without needing an appointment.

You’re able to leave and come back to the convention whenever your heart desires! As long as you have the appropriate wrist band on.

Every artist prefers a different form of payment. Please contact your artist directly and be prepared before your appointment. There is no ATM on the premises, so plan ahead.

Unfortunately we cannot refund tickets at this time.
